Honda is known as an automotive manufacturer that often presents unique sports car models. From the Civic Type R to the NSX, their line of sports cars has always managed to captivate fans around the world. However, it seems that Honda is not satisfied with just the existing collection. Innovation continues to roll and one of its latest breakthroughs is the launch of the Tera S Motor T63.

This car was officially introduced at the 2025 Bangkok International Motor Show. Its presence immediately stole the attention of visitors. Not only because of its extreme appearance. But also its design and technology that are truly outside the conventional rules. In fact, the product is predicted to be Honda’s step in exploring the area of design and hypercar technology.

Tera S Motor T63 Car Specifications

The T63 car itself is the result of a sophisticated collaboration between Honda and Tera S Motor. Manufacturers who have been known for their experimental and bold design products. From its appearance alone, the T63 immediately gives a futuristic and aggressive impression.

The design reminds us of British hypercars such as the Aston Martin Valkyrie or McLaren Speedtail. This can be seen from the gullwing doors and sporty rear wings. They not only function as visual sweeteners, but also as active aerodynamic elements.

The most prominent aspect of the T63 is the use of a body that is mostly made of carbon fiber. This material is very light but strong and is standard on high-performance vehicles. With the use of carbon fiber throughout, the Tera S Motor T63 weighs only 900 kg.

To support the appearance and performance at the bottom, 18-inch forged rims wrapped in slick tires provide high grip. This combination makes the proportions of the car look balanced and aggressive on the road and on the circuit track.

Super Agile Engine Performance with Civic Type R Base

Behind its fierce appearance, the T63 has an engine based on the Honda Civic Type R. One of the fastest FWD sports cars in the world. But make no mistake, even though it shares engine DNA, the T63 brings a much higher level.

This 2,000cc, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine produces power reaching 350 HP and 500 Nm of torque. This is a very impressive number considering the car’s weight of only 900 kg. Its power-to-weight ratio is very close to that of a professional racing car.

The transmission that Tera S Motor T63 uses is no joke. Relying on a 6-speed Sadev sequential transmission, a type of transmission commonly found in rally cars or high-end GT cars.

Unlike the Civic Type R which uses a front-wheel drive (FWD) system, the T63 carries a rear-wheel drive (RWD). So that it provides a wilder and more enjoyable driving sensation. Especially during fast maneuvers or drifting.

Even more interesting, the mass production version of the T63 will reportedly come with an engine variant with a power of up to 500 HP. Making it one of the lightest and most powerful sports cars in its class.

Tough Security and Safety System

Honda and Tera S Motor seem to not only focus on performance. Safety and control aspects are also a priority in the development of the T63. This car’s braking system uses caliper disc brakes from AP Racing. A well-known brand that is often the mainstay of professional racing cars.

For control, the double wishbone suspension combined with an anti-roll bar, provides extraordinary stability at high speeds. This system allows the car to remain stable on sharp turns and also helps reduce body roll. Ensuring a fun and safe driving experience.

The Tera S Motor T63 is real proof that innovation in the automotive world never stops. By combining Honda’s proven reliable technology and Tera S Motor’s design creativity, the best sports car was born. Unfortunately, until this article was published, there was no certainty when the car would enter mass production.
